When I shot them the thought process was "I have this spare set, it would be cool to shoot them AND Im pretty sure it hasnt been done before so other Z people will enjoy seeing it too.". I thought everyone (myself and the recipient(s) would get just as much out of shooting them as giving them away. The enjoyment one person might have gotten by getting a cool set of SMICs for free appeared to be less than the collective enjoyment of TT.net members. Jumping to assumptions that I was starving for attention, showing off, or a complete prick was way off. My heart was in the right place, I simply misjudged how it was going to be received. As some Chicago Z members can attest, Im very willing to do/give things for others. I spent an entire evening (into the morning) helping swap out Pat Konos clutch with Ahmed and Spdrman. I gave parts to a guy (StarkxZ?) and helped pull his plenum to source out a miss issue he had on his Z at Erics house(with his help of course), etc, etc. I didnt get get any tangible gain out of shooting them. It was fun. Just how that guy shot that Z32 shell full of impact explosives. Or why anyone shoots/blows up any object they no longer need. I never thought people would act like I shot their SMICs. Despite popular belief, my intent was never to piss people off.
